Is a Risk Assessment a one-time requirement in Malta?
No. Under Act XXVII of 2000, you are legally required to keep your risk assessments up to date. While the frequency depends on your industry—whether you’re an office or a construction site—you must review your assessment whenever there is a change in operations, a near-miss, or a reason to suspect it is no longer valid.
